Windows has the feature which let you add programs in start up so that when next time windows will start then program will also run. Even when you install any program it automatically go to start up. But all these programs slow down the starting process of the computer. Which gives you problem.
But we have the solution of your problem . You can control any of program you want.
Steps to perform this operation :-
1. Open Run (Windows Logo key + R) then type "msconfig" without quotes.
2. You will get the window. Go to StartUp tab. There you can select the service which you don't want on the startup.
You just have to uncheck the service from checkbox then click ok.
