How to Change Password with cmd

Well if we want to change our password normally we can change it through Control Panel > User Accounts. But there is another way in windows which let you change your account password. Just open the cmd and follow these steps.

Note :- You must have Administrator Privileges to change the password through cmd.

Steps How to do :-

1. Open cmd (Run as Administrator). You can open it by Run and Search in Taskbar Menu.


2. Now we have to check How many are there in windows. Type command " net user" without quotes.

3. Suppose we have to change the password of Administrator. Type command " net user Administrator password"  without quotes. password = it can be anything what you want as  your password.

4. At third point we got success to change our password. But if someone is with us and we want to change the password without let them know the password. Then we will use this command
 Command :- "net user Administrator *" then press enter it will ask you Type your password . Just your password. There will not appear on ther screen. But don't worry you password will be changed.
