IF you are working as a server administrator then you must know about this group policy. Well only Server Administrator cannot do this a common user can also do this. You can disable right click in Windows 7. So when someone try to right click the right click menu will not appear.

Steps How to do this :-

1. Open Run (Win Logo + R) type "gpedit.msc" without quotes.

2. Go to  User Configuration > Administrative Template > Windows Explorer >( In a Right Panel) Remove Windows Explorer's default context menu

3. Double click on then its properties will open. By Default it may be "Disabled" you have to Enable it and Apply then click ok.

4. Restart the computer a policy will apply. Now when you try to right click. Right menu will not appear.
