You can use proxies to bypass the blocked website. You just need to proxy server ip address and port. These proxies are bit slow. But you can surf internet without any restriction. You just need to set up proxy in internet explorer. These settings will automatically apply to all the browsers in Your windows.
Steps How to do :-
1. Go to website Samair.ru find proxy list. Then Go to internet explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > Check the proxy enter Proxy IP address and Port click ok.
2. Now surf internet with that proxy. Sometimes these proxies not work then you can use other proxy address from that website.
3. Now you can surf any website you want. You can enjoy all the websites.
