When Try to install our new operating system. You may be seen Dual boot menu whether you installed only one operating system on the Disk. Every time you start your computer you have to choose from the Menu which windows we have to start.
How to solve this problem :-
1. Open Run (Window Logo key + R) then type "msconfig" with quotes.
2. In msconfig Go to "Boot" tab
3. You ''ll see two entries. Choose you installed windows you have to run then click Set as Default. Press Apply or Ok. Your issue will solve. Next time Earlier version of Windows will not show on Windows Boot Manager.
