How to Enable USB Menu or Memory Media in Canon IR Advance Xerox Machines

Follow these steps if Canon USB Menu or Memory Media is hidden by Default:- 

1. Go to Service Mode in Machine.

Press "*" Button on Control Panel then Press 2  & 8 Button Simultaneously then again Press "*" then you will be in Service Mode. 

2. Go to Copier 

3. Then Go to Option 

4. Then Go to USER 

5. Then find "USBH-DSP" and Change its value from 0 to 1. Restart Machine after restarting you need to Set to Memory Media to On.

a) Press Settings/Registration

b) Press Preferences --> Display Settings --> Store Location Display Settings

Select On for Memory Media then Press Ok.

 i) Press Settings / Registration 

 ii) Press Preferences -- > External Interface --> USB Settings 

Select Off then Press Ok.

Now You can Insert a USB then Find it in "Scan & Store"
